Do I need dance experience?
Absolutely not! This isn't about being a perfect dancer - it's about moving stuck energy through your body and reconnecting with yourself. All you need is a willingness to try, comfortable clothes, and trainers. I'll guide you every step of the way, and you can move at your own pace in the privacy of your own home.
What's the time commitment?
Total commitment: 3-5 hours per week
Here's the breakdown:
1-on-1 coaching calls: 60 mins bi-weekly (every two weeks)
Group coaching calls: 60 mins bi-weekly
Live group dance class: 45-60 mins per week
Live group mobility session: 30-45 mins per week
Self-paced learning: 30-60 mins per week (watching modules, journaling, etc.)
Daily practices: 10-15 mins (meditation, journaling prompts - optional but encouraged)
The beauty of this program? Most of it is flexible. Life gets hectic - I get it. You can catch up on recordings, do your movement sessions at 6am or 10pm, and go through content at your own pace. This is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
What if I can't make live sessions?
1-on-1 coaching calls: These are scheduled specifically for you, so I ask that you attend at your designated time. If something comes up, please give me 48 hours notice and we can reschedule - life happens, and I want to support you, not stress you out!
Group movement sessions: These are recorded so you can access them anytime. Can't make it live? No problem - dance in your pyjamas at midnight if that's when you have time. The replays are yours forever.
Pre-recorded content: Available 24/7 in your course portal. Work through it at your own pace.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
This program is perfect for you if:

Is this right for me if I'm still in a toxic relationship?
If you're currently in an active abusive or toxic relationship, your safety is my first priority. While the tools in this program could help you, I strongly encourage you to first reach out to a domestic abuse organisation for support in leaving safely.

I GET IT - because I have ADHD too! This program is designed with neurodivergent women in mind:

✅ Voice note support (easier than typing long emails)
✅ Flexible deadlines (we work with your brain, not against it)
✅ Accountability without shame (I'll cheer you on, not scold you)
You're not broken. You just need support that works for YOUR brain. That's what this is.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes! This program is 100% online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. All you need is internet connection and a device for video calls (Zoom). Live sessions are scheduled in UK time (GMT), but all sessions are recorded so you can access them at a time that works for you if you're in a different time zone.
What happens after the 90 days?
By the end of 90 days, you'll have the tools, clarity, and confidence to continue your journey independently. However, you may want to choose to:
- Join my alumni community for ongoing support
- Book 1-on-1 coaching sessions as needed
- Join me for future retreats in Bali (coming 2027!)
This program gives you a strong foundation - what you do next is entirely up to you. But you'll never be alone if you need continued support.
